We are proud to extend the following guarantee to all of our customers:
- All orders will be processed within a 7 working day time frame unless otherwise stated.
- We will always keep a copy of your image on our files as a back-up for you and we will never sell or share your photo with any other persons or sites.
Questions and answers:
- Can I upload more than one image at a time?
No – I am afraid that we can only process one image at a time, however you can always order again!
- Can I get the finished photo printed out?
Yes, no problem at all, just click on the 'Photobox' link below and they will be happy to help you.

How big/small does the image have to be?
The image has to be a jpeg of a min size of 200kb (or min of 90 dpi) and a max size of 2mb (up to 300 dpi).

- I am not sure which service to pick from the menu of operations?
Just email us at help@niptuckmyphoto.com and we will guide you on which of the services that you should pick.
- I do not have a digital image to send you – I only have a photograph, can I send you that?
No, I am afraid that we only take images digitally but don't let that stop you! - just scan your image in to your computer and you will be ready to go!
- Does anyone else get to see my photos?
No, we make sure that your photos are kept private – we do not
use your photographs for anything other than to be kept in storage.
- The final image doesn't look like I thought it would. What can I do?
Talk to us. It's possible we mis-interpreted your instructions, or there may be some limitations due to the content or quality of the original image. We keep your original image, and work on a copy, so we can have another go for you at no additional cost to you.

Niptuckmyphoto respect and protect the privacy of our customers, and will not sell, rent, or otherwise divulge any customer information to any 3rd parties. Your images will NOT be used on any public areas of the Niptuckmyphoto website, or used in any promotional material for Niptuckmyphoto unless your express permission has been given. |
